The candidate will be responsible for the roll-out of Production and Lean Manufacturing Technology plans, resolving production issues, and deploying Lean Engineering Projects. They should be an experienced and efficient manager with a significant technical and clinical background and a strong work ethic.

The role involves developing mid- and long-term plans for iVis’s Engineering and Production Project Planning/Execution network, ensuring technical leadership and meeting network requirements.

The candidate will oversee ongoing Lean Manufacturing and Production Structure planning, ensuring technical and operational capabilities support iVis’s growth as a robust, secure, and reliable structure.

Developing Supply Chain and Warehouse strategies, architecture, and execution guidelines for capacity growth and ongoing management.

Skills and experience required

• Proven experience as Head of Lean Manufacturing, Production Manager, or similar for over 5 years in high-tech devices, especially 3 years in the medical sector
• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with extensive experience in international markets, capable of analyzing business needs and recommending improvements based on sound business and financial knowledge, with a good understanding of technical design and CNC machinery
• Experience with and proven track record in Continuous Improvement and Process Quality initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; strong understanding of clinical operations and technical operational excellence
• High competency in business production planning and advanced medical technology, with outstanding organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with advanced proficiency in spoken and written English, and strong knowledge of technical data analysis, business processes, IT infrastructure, and MS Office

The contract and salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience.
