The successful candidate will be responsible for the rollout of Production and Lean Manufacturing Technology plans, resolving production issues, and deploying Lean Engineering Projects. They should be an experienced and efficient manager with a strong technical and clinical background and an exemplary work ethic.

They will develop mid- and long-term plans for iVis’s Engineering and Production Project Planning/Execution networks, ensuring technical leadership and meeting network requirements.

Responsibilities also include directing ongoing Lean Manufacturing and Production Structure planning, ensuring the technical and operational capabilities of iVis remain robust, secure, and reliable.

Developing Supply Chain and Warehouse strategies, architectures, and execution guidelines to support capacity growth and ongoing management.

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience as Head of Lean Manufacturing, Production Manager, or similar role for over 5 years in high-tech device sectors, with at least 3 years in the medical sector.
• Graduate level education in Mechanical Engineering with extensive experience in international markets. Ability to analyze business needs and recommend improvements based on sound business and financial knowledge. Strong understanding of technical design and CNC machinery.
• Experience and proven track record in implementing Continuous Improvement and Process Quality initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Good understanding of business functions like Clinical Operations and Technical Operational Excellence.
• High competency in business production planning and advanced medical technology. Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with advanced spoken and written English. Proficiency in technical data analysis, business processes, IT infrastructure, and MS Office.

The contract and salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience.
