Pacific Star Enterprises is seeking a Production Manager with experience in mechanical machining for a leading company in the offshore sector. The company specializes in designing and supplying customized equipment for handling, lifting, and anchoring, as well as critical components for gas turbines. Currently, the group is expanding in South America and Asia, working on projects related to energy transition and traditional technologies, emphasizing teamwork where people are central and involved according to their skills and potential.

Position

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate the production process, ensuring respect for timelines, costs, and quality standards.
2. Supervise mechanical machining operations.
3. Manage the production team, ensuring training, safety, and high performance.
4. Optimize production flows, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
5. Collaborate with Technical Office, Supply Chain, and Quality to improve production processes.
6. Monitor production KPIs and propose corrective actions to improve performance.
