The selected candidate will serve as the Production Manager for Architectural Prometal, with responsibilities including:

• Executing projects and evaluating pre-calculations for production.
• Adjusting production capacity to meet customer requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
• Meeting production planning targets.
• Maintaining product quality.

Job Description:

The role involves:

• Preparing annual production budgets.
• Analyzing and supervising post-calculations and production standards, making adjustments as needed.
• Improving output quality and quantity following LEAN principles.
• Presenting project results to relevant departments.
• Monitoring projects financially and in terms of service.
• Implementing improvements based on KPIs such as customer claims, supplier claims, scrap rates, illness rates, operator competence, OEE, machine maintenance, productivity, and costs.
• Following up on financial reports.
• Assisting with pre-calculations for non-standard projects (FCPs).
• Providing product-related information to the organization.
• Proposing new products or production improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with Italian legislation on industrial licensing, environmental protection, health and safety, training, and work organization.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in smaller companies.
