A leading consulting firm is seeking a Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all internal production and logistics operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and communication skills, along with a proven background in the mechanical or related industries. The role requires adaptability to travel to Italy for training and manage diverse teams effectively in a multinational environment.
Gross salary offered for the role is ARS 3,500,000/5,500,000 (depending on candidate's experience). As a benefit, the role includes the OSDE 210 family health plan. The company also typically provides a year-end bonus for all personnel, ranging from half to one salary.
Key qualities for successful candidates include a strong aptitude for learning, leadership skills, and experience in a similar industry.
This position will be filled in January 2025. Candidates should be aware that upon joining, they will need to travel to Italy for 3 to 6 months for training.
The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate all internal production, painting, logistics, warehouse, and maintenance departments to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders with optimal resource and cost management.
Activities include:Manufacturing, Sheet Metal Working, Stamping, Roll Forming, Welding, Painting.
High school diploma required; further education or certification, such as an Engineering degree, preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to work in international teams.
Willingness to undertake a six-month training in Italy at headquarters.
