ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are seeking a Production Manager to join our Barberini Plant in Pescara.

As a Production Manager, you will oversee the technical management, supervision, and control of industrial production processes.

Your goal will be to ensure production volumes meet targets, while maintaining quality, service, and cost standards set by top management, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

• Guarantee production output as per industrial plans, in quantity and mix
• Organize work, implement improvement plans, install automation, machinery, or systems, and apply maintenance plans
• Train and develop team skills, evaluate performance, and manage feedback for continuous improvement
• Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience in process, manufacturing, or automation engineering is preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma)
• Problem-solving attitude
• Strong relationship skills
