The candidate will be responsible for the rollout plans for Production and Lean Manufacturing Technology, resolving production problems, and deploying Lean Engineering Projects. They should be an experienced and efficient manager with a significant technical and clinical background and an exemplary work ethic.

They will develop mid- and long-term plans for iVis's Engineering and Production Project Planning/Execution network, ensuring technical leadership and meeting network requirements.

The candidate will direct ongoing Lean Manufacturing and Production Structure planning, as well as technical and operational capabilities, to ensure that iVis remains a robust, secure, and technically sophisticated structure.

They will also develop Supply Chain and Warehouse strategies, architecture, and execution guidelines for capacity growth management and ongoing implementation.

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience as Head of Lean Manufacturing, Production Manager, or a relevant role for more than 5 years in the high-tech devices sector, with at least 3 years in the medical sector
• Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with extensive experience in international markets. Ability to analyze business needs and recommend improvements based on sound business, financial knowledge, and business acumen. Excellent understanding of technical design and CNC machines.
• Experience and proven track record in implementing Continuous Improvement and Process Quality improvements such as Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma. Excellent understanding of all business functions, including Clinical Operations and Technical Operational Excellence.
• High competency in business production planning and advanced medical technology, with outstanding organizational abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Advanced spoken and written English proficiency. Strong knowledge of technical data analysis, business processes, IT/Business infrastructure, and MS Office.

The contract and salary terms will be determined based on the skills, competencies, and experience of the selected candidate.
