A leading audio production company is seeking a skilled audio production leader to manage and innovate show creation. With 8+ years in related fields, candidates must be fluent in Italian and English. The role allows for remote work anywhere in Italy, offering a 6-month freelance contract. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong management skills, and an ability to thrive under pressure.

Competenze

• 8+ years related work experience in TV, content, or audio production.
• Fluency in Italian (native) and English (fluent).
• Experience with audio work is a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and support a team of producers and audio production leads to create high-quality shows that keep listeners engaged and maximize retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.).
• Analyze show performance and perform root cause analysis if there is a drop in listenership at any point of a show.
• Manage the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions and aligning sound engineers and post-production.
• Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publication of episodes for multiple shows.
• Work with the content and creation team to understand the content pipeline and plan resources accordingly.
• Contribute fresh ideas to keep content exciting and innovative, including suggestions regarding sound design, production processes and final output.
• Provide ongoing feedback to help host talent reach their full potential.
• Work with Category Managers and Program Managers to help manage P&L for the category with talent and talent reps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and ease with people from different cultural and educational backgrounds.

• Ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and ease with people from different cultural and educational backgrounds.

Location: Anywhere in Italy (Remote Working)
