This position reports to:

Production Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also define the working phase sequence of new production processes to achieve targeted product costs and equipment investment budgets. The work model for this role is: #hybrid. This position contributes to the Smart Power Division in Frosinone. Your main responsibilities include:

• Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implementing projects, ensuring adherence to timeframes, quality, and cost requirements.
• Approving process designs developed internally or externally and performing final tests related to projects.
• Supporting Production during internal/external process and equipment start-up, defining action plans, and training relevant maintenance and production staff.
• Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction; leading testing activities, defining approval criteria, and selecting external providers.

Qualifications for the role

• Proactive, positive attitude, team-oriented, quick learner, problem-solving skills, and a curious mindset.
• Strong knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Student or degree holder in Industrial Engineering or similar fields.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of production line and workflow simulation software is a plus.
