YOUR ROLE

• Directly report to the Production Manager in the Silicones and Epoxides department.
• Manage production in compliance with time and quality requirements.
• Optimize production processes.
• Industrialize new products and manage start-ups.
• Organize teams and oversee the production department.
• Implement strategic projects to increase plant efficiency and productivity.
• Apply LEAN methodology within the production department.

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
