What you'll do
* Directly report to Production Manager in Silicones and Epoxides department
* Production management in compliance with time and quality requirements
* Optimisation of production processes
* Industrialization of new products and start-ups
* Organization of teams and production department
* Implementation of strategic projects to increase plant efficiency and productivity
* Implementation of the LEAN methodology within the production department
What makes you a good fit
* Master's Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
* 2/3 years experience is mandatory
* Good English level
* Advanced Excel knowledge
* Autocad knowledge is nice-to-have
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Results-oriented and great spirit of teamworking
