Your Role

• Report directly to the Production Manager in the Silicones and Epoxides department.
• Manage production processes ensuring compliance with time and quality standards.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
• Industrialize new products and oversee start-up processes.
• Organize teams and oversee the production department.
• Implement strategic projects to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.
• Apply LEAN methodologies within the production department.

Your Skills

• Master's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Autocad skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong team spirit.
