Your Role

We are looking for a Production Engineer who will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex and automated Manufacturing Department, assuring volumes and excellent quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Management of the efficiency, quality, and OEE KPIs
2. Guarantee the production output of the area in order to respect the industrial plans
3. Production Programming, detection of deviations, and taking management actions to guarantee the required levels;
4. Responsibility for the quality of the parts produced in his Shop.
5. Knowledge and application of delegation mechanisms.
6. Training and Development of direct team members
7. Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
8. Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references to cope with environmental emergencies.
9. Knowledge of operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk.
10. Collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering department to develop continuous improvement projects

Main Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering
• At least 2-3 years of experience
• Previous experience of responsibility is appreciated
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma)
• Problem-solving attitude
• Good relationship skills
