Prada Group is seeking a proactive Miu Miu Product Training Intern to support the Brand & Product Training team in developing and deploying retail training projects for Miu Miu worldwide. The role includes creating training materials and assisting in delivery for retail teams across regions.

The intern will report to the Miu Miu Product Training Manager and gain hands-on experience in product training, materials creation, and delivery of training activities for a luxury retail brand.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree Student or Recent Graduate preferably in Fashion, Luxury Management, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Fashion, Luxury and Retail.
• Interest in training, learning and content development.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of Adobe, Canva or other creative tools.
• Interest in digital learning platforms and training tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple activities with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

• Support the creation of training materials focused on specific products and business priorities.
• Contribute to the development of online and interactive training content for the Digital Retail Training app (MyMiuSpace).
• Support the development and coordination of videos and other digital content focused on Miu Miu collections and products.
• Support the end-to-end management of training tools, including production, translation, upload, communication and tracking of deployment.
• Contribute ideas to improve and innovate existing training tools and formats.
• Training Delivery
• Support the preparation and organization of classroom and in-store training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
• Assist in the preparation of materials and activities for Train the Trainers sessions addressed to the Regional Training Community.
• Support the team in coordinating training activities and collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a highly motivated Miu Miu Product Training Intern, with a strong passion for Fashion and the Luxury industry, to support the Brand & Product Training team in the development and deployment of retail training projects.

Reporting to the Miu Miu Product Training Manager, the Intern will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in Product Training, contributing to the creation of training materials and supporting the delivery of training activities for Miu Miu retail teams at WW level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and update of offline training materials (PPT‑based) focused on Miu Miu collections and products, across different categories and seasonal/fundamental topics.
