Job summary

Prada Group is seeking a highly motivated Miu Miu Product Training Intern to support the Brand & Product Training team in developing and deploying retail training projects. You will gain hands-on experience in product training, creating materials and supporting training for Miu Miu retail teams worldwide.

The role involves developing offline and online training content, coordinating training tools, and assisting in classroom and in-store sessions.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Master's in Fashion or Luxury Management.
Interest in training, learning and content development.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and creative tools (Adobe/Canva).
Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing offline training materials (PPT-based) for Miu Miu collections.
Support creation of product-specific training content.
Contribute to online training content for the MyMiuSpace app.
Help develop videos and digital content for collections.
Coordinate training tools, including production, translation, upload and deployment tracking.
Suggest ideas to improve training tools and formats.
Assist in classroom and in-store training sessions (in-person/virtual).
Help prepare Train the Trainers activities for Regional Training Community.
Coordinate training activities and gather participant feedback.
