Comer Industries in the Reggio Emilia area is offering internships to join our Product Management Team. Interns will support the company tutor and engage in tasks such as product selection, preparing technical documents, and assisting in the official offer release with reports and 3D models.

You will gain hands-on training, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and develop an understanding of customer needs, product lifecycle, and market benchmarking.

Competenze

Master's Degree in Engineering is required.
Base knowledge of mechanical power transmissions.
Technical and technological know-how.

Mansioni

Analyzes applications by selecting the product within the Comer range and providing technical documentation.
Approval, product description, and supporting the Area Manager for official offers (e.g., calculation report, 3D model draws).
Provides technical support to Area Managers throughout the product lifecycle.
Maintains relationships with customers, ensuring timely responses and coordinating technical issue resolution.
Understands customer and market needs to inform product management strategy for business development.
Performs competitive product benchmarking and assists customers in understanding Comer Industries’ applications.
Leads cross-functional FDP to improve prototype delivery with Engineering, Costing, Customer Support, and Operations.

Position

For our Sales & Marketing area, we are looking for interns to join our Product Management Team.

The interns, in constant support of the company tutor, will be involved in the following activities:

Tasks:

Analyzes the applications by selecting the product within the Comer range, offering customers the technical documentation
Approval & Product description and supporting the Area Manager for the official release of the offer (for example calculation report, product description, preliminary draw’s 3D model);
Provides technical support to Area Managers throughout the product life cycle;
Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, ensuring professional and timely responses, providing technical assistance on products and coordinating the resolution of customer technical issues;
Understands customer and market needs to support product management strategy for business development;
Performs competitive product benchmarking activities and provides customer support in understanding the use of Comer Industries in the market/applications;
Leads cross-functional FDP (Fast Development Process) to improve delivery of prototypes by interacting with Engineering, Costing, Customer Support, Operations, etc;
