Responsibilities

• Support retail managers, product specialists, and dealer salespeople in establishing a market-oriented and continuous product argumentation.
• Provide sales-related technical answers on harvesting products.
• Adapt marketing training concepts to market-specific needs.
• Offer field support and training to Italian distribution channels, dealers, internal teams, and key accounts.
• Manage product communication, including bulletins, brochures, and product information guides.
• Identify product development needs and monitor competition.
• Conduct market share analysis and forecasting for harvesting products.
• Plan and support the implementation of events such as new product launches, local trade fairs, and field days.
• Provide technical and personal support during factory visits for VIP visitors or groups.
• Ideally educated in Agricultural Business Management, Economics, or Marketing.
• Possess good knowledge of the agricultural machinery industry.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
