Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking an Application/Product Specialist in Giugliano in Campania, Italy. The role involves technical sales support for Hematology products, maximizing customer relationships, and conducting demonstrations. The ideal candidate has a university degree in a relevant field and previous experience in similar roles, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Competenze

  • Willingness to travel up to 80-90% of the time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Expert in all Hematology product lines, serving as the first point of contact for customers and Sales Force on technical matters, either in partnership with sales agents or autonomously.
  • You will promote actions in the field with the goal of achieving technical sales of reagents, instruments, and automation systems for Hematology and Urine product lines.
  • Main responsibilities include : providing sales support for deep technical / scientific topics in Hematology, helping customers and overcoming objections.
  • Supporting profitable sales growth in the local market for assigned customers.
  • Performing demonstrations of Beckman’s instrumentation and reagents in the field and / or at the Beckman site (only on stand-alone instruments), promoting continuous knowledge growth about our systems.
  • Planning and executing customer meetings to discuss complex technical matters, creating and finalizing tender solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to become their trusted consultant.
  • Conducting follow-up visits to verify the status of installed instrumentation and reinforce customer trust and loyalty.
  • Sharing relevant information collected during customer visits with Sales & Service Force to ensure commercial effectiveness.
  • Identifying product knowledge gaps within the Sales Force and addressing them.
  • Collaborating in data collection on competitors and market needs to improve market positioning and penetration.
  • Serving as the point of contact for analytics matters in partnership with the Customer Care department.
  • Running Business Reviews.

What Skills & Experience You'll Bring To Us

  • University degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or similar, with previous experience in an Application / Product Specialist role or as a Researcher / Lab Technician / Volunteer in a University Hospital laboratory.
  • Sound knowledge of Hematology; previous experience in this domain is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information straightforwardly.
  • Problem-solving skills, customer-centric, goal-oriented, proactive, with an enterprising spirit.
  • Availability to travel up to 80-90% of the time.
