We are looking for a Product Sales professional

to follow the South Europe Area, focused on Picosun ALD Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. As the product sales owner, represent the BU products to the customer in all sales-oriented activities. Attend and present at technical seminars / conferences (internal and external).
  2. Identify customer needs and develop / implement complex product sales strategies. Align offerings with the remaining sales team (i.e., as part of large orders).
  3. Call on existing and new customers (full ICAPS customer coverage) to present Applied product offerings; coordinate customer demonstrations with product business group representatives and the Technology team.
  4. Communicate and present Applied Materials’ product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicate and present the customer’s technology needs to product business group representatives.
  5. Prepare pricing quotes; negotiate to final price and submit documentation to book orders; follow-up on accounts receivables escalations.
  6. Maintain appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers. Keep summaries of customer visits. Develop customer-specific action plans and complete them on time.
  7. Actively and motivatedly use Applied sales tools (SFDC, SOO, PSC, TAMBA, Forecast, call plans).
Functional Knowledge
  • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field.
  • Knowledge of various processes (ALD deposition a plus) and/or the full EPG product portfolio.
  • Required technology background: > 3-5 years.
Additional Qualifications
  • Understanding of ICAPS customer environment to position Applied products effectively.
  • Business expertise: interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
  • Leadership: may lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
  • Problem solving: lead others to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought and exercise judgment to identify innovative solutions.
  • Impact: influence the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives; work guided by functional policies.
