You will analyze field failures, perform ECO reviews, and develop specialty tests, collaborating with Global Quality and R&D to improve product robustness from alpha to pilot stages.

As a Product Quality Reliability Engineer, you will support development activities by designing reliability test plans, generating ISO9001-aligned documentation, and validating prototypes and test equipment. You collaborate with Global Quality and the development team to ensure compliance and drive reliability across NPD gates. You will analyze field failures, perform EC/O reviews, and identify new testing methods for ongoing improvements. This role offers hands-on lab work, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to influence product robustness from alpha to pilot stages.

• Issue reliability and EMC test plans to support new product development
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and define tests at Alpha stage
• Participate in Core Team and Technical Meetings to support NPD
• Prepare documentation for NPD stages and component validations
• Investigate field failures, perform data repair and failure distribution analysis, and provide feedback to R&D
• Carry out ECO reviews and participate in problem communication meetings as Reliability representative
• Develop specialty tests and execution plans for NPD projects, identifying new tools or processes
• Support lab maintenance and budgeting for lab development
• Continuously improve test plans and lab equipment based on experience and field data
• Engineering university degree or high school degree in technical field
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Minimum 5 years in Product Quality or R&D for technologic products
• Knowledge of applicable standards and test methodologies
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation and electronics/mechanics
