YOUR ROLE

• Support the Quality Assurance and Reliability activities on new business related to Power Discrete devices.
• Liaise and negotiate with customers, suppliers, regulators, and auditors, ensuring satisfaction with QA results and deliverables.
• Ensure that the quality and reliability of delivered products satisfy customer requirements.
• Drive quality activities to reach product quality and reliability levels requested by customers and market, in problem solving and improvement plans.
• Manage crisis and risk assessments with customers.
• Support corrective and preventive actions effectiveness follow-up to prevent reoccurrences.
• Support new product launch in production with cross-fertilization of best quality practices.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Technical knowledge of physics and semiconductor power electronics including WBG (SiC & GaN).
• Experience in back-end packaging quality and reliability.
• Experience in die selling business and chip package integration.
• Experience in quality and reliability of WBG material in car system architecture evolution.
• AIAG-VDA FMEA knowledge.
• Education level required: Master’s degree.
• Experience level required: 10 years.
• Flexibility, teamwork, problem solving, innovation.
