What The Job Looks Like

Each day offers diverse challenges, including:

  • Co-create the development data and IT solution landscape and roadmap for GRA.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation.
  • Ensure all IT products comply with security, risk management policies, and external regulations.
  • Manage the stage gate/demand process to bring ideas to fruition, helping identify the most beneficial solutions.
  • Lead a product-oriented IT team responsible for end-to-end GRA IT solutions.
  • Act as program manager to ensure project excellence.
  • Guarantee the availability and quality of GRA Solution Services.
  • Report on R&D IT projects and solutions to relevant stakeholders.

What You'll Bring To The Table

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a life sciences technology environment, preferably in scientific technology.
  • A master's degree or equivalent in science, engineering, computing, bioinformatics, or related fields.
  • Experience in IT strategy, solution design, project delivery, and service management.
  • Good understanding of RIM functional processes such as registration management, submission planning, content management, and publishing.
  • Knowledge of regulatory business processes and requirements in the EU and US (e.g., marketing authorization, renewals, variations, labeling).
  • Fluent in business English; German is a plus.
  • Proven project and product management, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills at a senior level, with a strategic mindset and strong collaboration skills.
  • A customer-centric approach and passion for innovation and problem-solving.
