Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own architecture and roadmap of customer portal (ERP, PIM, DAM, SSO / IAM, APIs).
• Manage backlog, prioritize features by technical / business value.
• Ensure cloud security, GDPR compliance, and system scalability.
• Liaise with IT, vendors, and developers to ensure solution quality.
