Job Description

Our mission is to drive digital transformation in agriculture, enhancing the lives of farmers and promoting sustainability. We develop digital tools and consulting projects, offering a comprehensive Smart Farming ecosystem used by over 350,000 farms in Europe and South America.

We are looking for a passionate Digital Product Owner to support our product growth across all markets. The role is suitable for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in digital product management.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Working within an Agile team to develop new features and ensure quality.
• Translating business objectives into clear development requirements.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on design and functionality.
• Breaking down inputs to fit strategic goals and aligning stakeholders.
• Operating in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
• Expressing your skills and taking responsibility for your work.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1-2 years of experience in digital product management.
• Interest in Ag-Tech and willingness to learn about agriculture.
• Digital and technical knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills, independence, and self-organization.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for meetings.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the AgTech industry.
• Experience with Atlassian tools and Notion.
• Languages such as Spanish, German, or French are a plus.
• Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
