Our mission at xFarm Technologies is to drive digital transformation in agriculture by improving the lives of farmers and promoting environmental, economic, and social sustainability. We develop digital tools and consulting projects, offering a Smart Farming ecosystem that includes apps, sensors, software integrations, and analytics tools.

Currently, our products are used by over 450,000 farms across Europe and South America, covering more than 6 million hectares. To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a passionate and talented digital Product Owner to support our expansion across all operating countries.

Your Mission :

1. Serve as Product Owner within a vertical Tribe, reporting to a Product Manager. This role is suitable for candidates with junior to mid-level experience.
2. Focus on a specific area such as sustainability, regenerative agriculture, core platform functionalities, internationalization, or livestock management.
3. Participate in creating new features and services, managing their development, growth, and quality within an Agile framework.
4. Translate business objectives into technical requirements, ensuring clear understanding among the tech team, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on design and conception.
5. Write clear and comprehensive requirements documentation.
6. Align inputs with strategy and product roadmap, balancing ambition with pragmatism, and coordinate stakeholders to execute the vision.
7. Work in an innovative, dynamic, and efficient environment.
8. Express your skills and take responsibility for delivering excellent results.

The ideal candidate possesses :

1. At least 1 year of experience in digital product management.
2. Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector, its challenges, and dynamics, gained through work, education, or personal experience.
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum, and experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, or Confluence.
4. Willingness to join an Ag-Tech environment and learn about agriculture.
5. Technical and digital skills to deliver product features aligned with strategy.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for stakeholder engagement.
7. Problem-solving skills, independence, and self-organization.
8. Proficiency in English (B2-C1).

Additional preferred skills :

1. Knowledge of the AgTech industry.
2. Experience with Atlassian ecosystem and tools like Notion.
3. Additional languages such as Spanish, German, or French.
4. Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
