The Product Marketing Manager will lead our marketing messaging, positioning, product marketing plan, and GTM execution for one or more of our Security solutions. This role will report directly to the Director of Product Marketing, collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies that drive product adoption, enhance market presence, and achieve business objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this global role, you will:
- Become a product expert, understanding the roadmap, features, use cases, and target users, and develop compelling positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Partner with Product Management to understand the product's business case, competitive landscape, and roadmap, and bring releases to market with a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Collaborate with marketing campaign leads to ensure product coverage in global and regional campaigns, providing insights and messaging support.
- Develop and execute a marketing plan linking launches, campaigns, events, and sales initiatives, and report on outcomes.
- Maintain and create marketing collateral, web content, and sales enablement tools, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
- Incorporate market intelligence, targeting, and segmentation data into your planning, sharing insights with product and marketing teams.
- Build strong relationships with sales teams, supporting their efforts and gathering feedback on tools, messaging, and customer needs.
- Represent your product publicly by conducting demos, presentations, and engaging with partners and customers to gather feedback.
- Utilize tools like Jira and SharePoint for tracking and collaboration.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B IT industry, especially in high-tech companies.
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, cybersecurity, and endpoint management.
- Experience with SMB through Enterprise IT environments, with a preference for MSPs.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly in written and verbal formats, including public speaking and content creation.
- Experience working across technical and business teams, engaging partners and customers effectively.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a contagious passion for the role.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international locations, in accordance with health and safety policies.
- Fluent in US English with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
