The team you will be a part of

The Product Marketing team markets the organization’s products and services using customer marketing databases. Responsibilities include creating direct mail marketing plans, targeting specific market segments with specialized offers, collaborating with market research to develop response models and database improvements, and conducting data mining analyses to identify marketing trends.

This role in summary

You will join the Product Marketing - Dishwashing Category Team, responsible for delivering our consumer-inspired innovation pipeline through product development, implementation, and execution across the product lifecycle. You will ensure the product pipeline aligns with the company’s strategic goals.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Owning overall project delivery, ensuring on-time, on-cost, and on-quality execution, by leading product innovation projects and implementation plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Embedding category, customer, and consumer insights into the product development process from inception to launch.
  • Benchmarking competitors to inform strategy.
  • Defining and analyzing success metrics such as SKU management, product ramp-up, phase-out, SKU optimization, and quality metrics.
  • Supporting in-market launch and execution, developing compelling value propositions, and aligning products with market strategies.
  • Collaborating with the brand team to develop impactful marketing and communication materials focused on customer and consumer needs.
  • Communicating vision and strategy effectively within the organization.
  • Fostering a positive team environment, managing conflicts, and ensuring effective communication.
  • Driving collaboration among functions and providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participating in educational activities for continuous learning.
Minimum requirements
  • Degree in economics, engineering, or scientific disciplines, with postgraduate studies in Marketing preferred.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in a structured environment, capable of navigating complex organizational settings.
  • Passion for innovation and product development, with proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex market data.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
