  • The opportunity
  • We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to manage globally and internationally the Worldline Acquiring Processing Product Portfolio within our team of Global Product Management.

    In our team, you will work on business development of our international product portfolio and support and train our sales teams and bid managers in strategic bids. We ensure regular updates of our Product Business Plans. You will be able to define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with our business strategy, customer expectations, and delivery units' commitments. We manage the entire process of requirements collection via Worldline’s sales forces, market studies, and competition surveys.

    You will define product packaging and pricing policies in collaboration with Worldline’s regional and global marketing services and portfolio managers, aiming to improve offerings and accelerate the go-to-market of new competitive versions.

    This is a critical role on the commercial side of our business, pairing thorough knowledge of customer needs with providing solutions through our global services at competitive pricing. Our customers include top-level banks, large retailers, and growing fintechs in the payment market.

    In this role, you’ll report to the Manager of Product Management in the Acquiring Processing division and collaborate closely with other business divisions.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities include

    1. Develop international go-to-market strategies for the product portfolio
    2. Manage the entire process of requirements collection via sales forces, market studies, and competition surveys
    3. Define business cases and standard product pricing, including investment decisions
    4. Support sales and bid managers in strategic bids
    5. Ensure regular updates of the Product Business Plans
    6. Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business strategy, customer expectations, and delivery commitments
    7. Contribute to M&A projects and partnership management
    8. Develop product packaging and pricing policies in collaboration with marketing and portfolio managers
    9. Signs of success
    10. As a successful hire, you will support and accelerate our company's revenue growth by developing our product portfolio in line with our commercial objectives. Collaborating across departments, you will help build our reputation as a trusted partner and thought leader in online payments.

    11. You have at least 3 years of experience in cards payment product marketing
    12. You possess an open mind and a team-oriented attitude

    15. You will build and manage the Acquiring Processing product portfolio through different lifecycle phases
