Mia-Platform is seeking a T-Shaped Product Marketing Leader to shape market strategy and execute with strong operational drive. You will own messaging, translate product value, and drive GTM with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing enterprise SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to launch features, produce strategic assets, and optimize analyst relations.

Competenze

• 4-7+ years of experience in Product Marketing within the B2B Tech or Enterprise SaaS sectors.
• Proven success in launching software products and running successful product adoption campaigns.
• Comfortable working with engineering, product, and R&D teams and speaking technical language.
• Proven ability to present positioning strategies, market reports, and results to executive management.

• Own the Messaging: Create and evolve Mia-Platform’s positioning and unique value propositions.
• Product-to-Value Translation: Translate complex features into clear business benefits for diverse stakeholders.
• Analyst Relations: Manage relationships and briefings with major industry analysts.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Equip the Sales Team: Provide collateral to close enterprise deals.
• Asset Creation: Produce case studies, pitch decks, battlecards, and product docs.
• Go-To-Market (GTM): Collaborate with R&D to define launch roadmaps and drive adoption.
