Descrizione del lavoro

Talent Garden is a leading digital skills academy in Europe, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in the innovation ecosystem through diverse learning experiences. With online, offline, and hybrid courses, corporate programs and work and events spaces we offer an unparalleled vision to combine work life and learning.

Founded in Italy in 2011, Talent Garden has trained over 25,000 professionals in digital skills and business innovation, developed tailored corporate education programs for Fortune 500 companies, and built a network of 13 campuses in 4 countries, hosting over 4,500 innovators from startups, corporate labs, investors, and SMEs.

The role

We are on the lookout for a Product Marketing Director to join our Academy Business Unit (B2C / B2B2C).

In this role, operating at the intersection of market insights, product development, and commercial strategy, your mission will be to shape and evolve the strategy behind our education offering—bringing to market the right programs, at the right price, with the right positioning to drive both enrollments and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and continuously refine the positioning and value proposition of our program portfolio, ensuring strong differentiation and alignment with learner needs.
  • Lead the development of go-to-market strategies and pricing models—including bundling and packaging tactics—to drive enrollment and revenue growth across B2C and B2B2C products.
  • Oversee market research, competitor analysis, trend monitoring, and persona development to inform both strategic direction and day-to-day execution.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that guide messaging, product roadmap decisions, and marketing content.
  • Work in close partnership with the Directors of Sales, Product, and Performance Marketing to drive shared goals and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Supervise the creation of sales enablement tools and program collateral that clearly communicate our unique value propositions and support conversion.
  • Manage and mentor a 2-person Product Marketing team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About you

You are a strategic and insight-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, market, and growth. You’re motivated by impact and ready to take full ownership of product marketing as a core business function—not as a support role.

On top of this, you are :

  • Equipped with 7–10 years of experience in marketing roles, including a minimum of 4 years in a dedicated product marketing position with direct accountability for go-to-market and positioning
  • Experienced in industries such as digital education or SaaS, with a strong grasp of B2C and / or B2B2C funnels, pricing models, and buyer personas
  • Able to build value propositions from scratch and lead end-to-end messaging strategies across the full customer journey
  • Skilled in conducting and applying market research, competitor analysis, and student insight to guide product and content decisions
  • Proven in managing and developing a team, with a collaborative yet hands-on leadership style
  • Effective in cross-functional environments, working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to align strategy and execution
  • Comfortable working with data to test assumptions, measure performance, and iterate
  • Fully fluent both in Italian and English

Perks and benefits

  • Hybrid work environment, allowing you to work wherever you prefer, unless your physical presence is needed for business reasons.
  • Access to all our co-working spaces across Europe.
  • Free access to all our Master courses.
  • EdenRed meal vouchers and a €1,000 welfare budget to spend as you like.
  • Mum&Dad policy offering (even more) flexible remote work options for expecting parents, a €1,000 bonus, and additional leave for dads to bond with their child.
  • An extra 6 working days of vacation each year, on top of local regulations.
  • December 24 and 31 automatically become holidays when they fall on weekdays.
  • Company-provided MacBook.
  • Access to discounts, events, and networking opportunities at our co-working spaces.
  • P.S. We’re pet-friendly, so you’re welcome to bring your furry friend to work!
