Job summary

Pi School in Rome seeks a Product Marketer, AI Solutions, to translate AI capabilities into market-ready offerings and revenue opportunities. You’ll bridge marketing and sales, shaping positioning, packaging, and demand from research assets to AI solutions.

Define use cases, value propositions, audience and ICP; build demand programs with Marketing and Sales; prioritize go-to-market options; develop sales enablement assets and create measurable pipelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Product, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 6–10 years in product marketing, growth, or demand generation (B2B).
• 1+ year exposure to AI products, AI-driven companies, or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build our audience journey from first touch to expansion.
• Turn AI assets into measurable growth: brand awareness, adoption, engagement, partnerships, qualified leads.
• Define: Use cases, Value propositions, Audience & ICP.
• Build and execute demand generation programs with Marketing and Sales.
• Partner with leadership to prioritise which solutions go to market.
• Drive pipeline, partnerships, and commercial adoption with Sales.
• Develop sales enablement assets (one-pagers, decks about use cases and narratives).
• Translate AI solutions into clear and valuable offerings for our audience.
• Align product capabilities with market demand.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Marketer, AI Solutions, to translate Pi School’s AI capabilities into market‑ready solutions and revenue‑generating opportunities. Our Offer

Based on a standard level of experience, the offered salary typically ranges between €30,000.00 and €50,000.00. The actual package depends on factors such as location, scope of responsibilities, and performance. Compensation generally grows quickly as experience leads to greater contributions. Exceptionally strong candidates may be offered salaries above this range to acknowledge their higher potential impact.
