Job Description:

What you will do

As a Product Manager for Valves and Actuators, you will develop and execute strategies to create profitable offerings for the European market. Your responsibilities include collaborating with Sales, Procurement, Engineering, and Global Product Management teams to drive product success.

How you will do it

• Design and implement the product strategy, including roadmaps and lifecycle management
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) plans and stakeholder engagement
• Lead Go to Market activities in partnership with sales
• Analyze market needs, trends, and competitors
• Create training materials and conduct product promotions and presentations
• Work with Engineering to develop new products and improve existing ones
• Coordinate with Procurement to manage suppliers and costs

What we look for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering
• At least 3 years of Product Management experience, preferably within European markets
• Knowledge of Valves and Actuators technologies and market
• Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel 20%-30% of the time
