About the Position
Position Summary
The main responsible for the product strategy and positioning. Must integrate various company functions under a single strategic goal, aligning them towards the end customer. Supports the sales force to achieve revenue targets by applying specific marketing strategies for pre-sales and post-sales activities. Also develops the clinical value of Werfen solutions in the market through training courses and scientific events involving Key Opinion Leaders at the national level.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategy and positioning of a product throughout its lifecycle.
- Supports the sales process by defining the most suitable technical solutions to present to clients.
- Defines projects for tenders and procurement processes.
- Manages training for field personnel and Product Specialists.
- Leads product promotion activities towards clients.
- Collaborates with the Line Manager to understand market needs for product and service development.
- Maintains contact with the relevant Strategic Business Unit.
- Plans and organizes scientific activities to strengthen the image of Werfen solutions as references in patient diagnostic management.
- Participates actively in scientific events and days in the territory.
- Maintains ongoing contact with the sales team to monitor supplies.
- Collects data on competitors and market needs to improve product positioning and penetration.
Networking/Key Relationships
- Internal: Sales, Customer Service, Tender Office, Offers Office, Logistics, Communication, Finance, QA, Administration, HR.
- External: Clients, Opinion Leaders, Agencies, Suppliers.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience Requirements
- Degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in in vitro diagnostics sector.
- Additional knowledge: SAP, Office, English - Level B2.
