Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager for PV Distribution in Italy & Balkans. This role involves technological consulting, customer support, product development communication, certification supervision, customer visits, and market analysis across the EMEA region. Frequent visits to headquarters in China are expected.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technological consulting to customers and colleagues in Account Management
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for quotations and first-level customer support
  • Coordinate with HQ in China, Italian and other EMEA offices on product development and improvements
  • Evaluate certification requirements and oversee testing processes
  • Manage technical documentation
  • Conduct customer visits across EMEA
  • Visit Chinese headquarters regularly
  • Benchmark products against competitors
  • Monitor market developments
Qualifications
  • Degree in electrical or electronic engineering or related field; or business studies with technical background
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in renewable energy industry
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level)
  • Quick learner with passion for clean-tech industry
  • Attention to detail and big-picture thinking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
