The Challenge

What you will do

• Supporting the development and follow-up of new products
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
• Manage the team
• Support the innovation funnel:
• Guide new products introduction by developing time-integrated plans with sales, communications, and production
• Build-up business cases to support new product launches in coordination with the markets responsible and HQ Regional Business managers
• Ensure line-up performances according to yearly target in terms of volumes, net sales and profitability
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
• Support the development and update of all catalogues and pricelists
• Promote and facilitate the use of materials in the various countries, defining methods and timing of distribution

What you need to succeed

Must have

• Education: Degree/Master, preferred area Marketing / Economics
• Professional experience: 4 years experience in electronic goods/ automotive / high-tech industry or FMCG sector
• Language: Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Others languages are a plus
• Soft skills: Empathy, fast, reliable, autonomous, well-organized with great skills in communication and team leadership
• Technical Skills: Solid technical approach with a natural talent and passion for design and high-tech.
• Technical Skills: Strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks.
• Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel)
• Other: Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to Zero Distance
