Job Overview
Johnson & Johnson Italy is currently looking for a Product Manager Hematology (Multiple Myeloma) that will be responsible for all the marketing initiatives, directly reporting to the Business Unit Lead.
Responsibilities
- Contribute, by collaborating with the cross-functional team, to the definition of strategies and the implementation of brand plan tactics
- Define and manage product communication with a multichannel approach and with targeted messages
- Develop promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategies
- Analyze key market trends, patient journeys, and needs, identifying threats, opportunities, and business sources
- Support the BU Lead in activities connected to the CVT (Country Value Team), contributing to maximizing business opportunities
- Interact with the Field Force, understanding the needs of the internal customer and supporting them with specific solutions
- Engage with relevant KOL and stakeholders and, through a solid understanding of their drivers / barriers, as well as the competitive dynamics and external context, defining specific and differentiated engagement methods
- Ensure, in line with the planning, the assigned OPEX
Qualifications
- Academic & Professional Background: Scientific or Economic Degree
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing roles – with product launches – within pharmaceutical companies
- Previous experience in different specialist areas is required
- Previous Field experience is considered a plus
- Experience in the therapeutic area is nice to have
- Language Knowledge: Proficiency in English and Italian
