Job Description

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a PRODUCT MANAGER for the Hematology area (Leukemias and Lymphomas).

Reporting to the Business Unit Head, the Product Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Contribute, leading the cross-functional team, to the definition of strategies and implementation of brand plan tactics
• Define and manage product communication within a multichannel approach
• Develop promotional materials aligned with EMEA strategies
• Analyze key market trends, patient journey, and needs, identifying threats, opportunities, and sources of business
• Engage with relevant stakeholders, understanding competitive dynamics and external context to define engagement strategies
• Support the BU Head in activities related to the CVT (Country Value Team)
• Interact with the Field Force, understanding internal client needs, and supporting with specific solutions
• Ensure, within the plan, the achievement of assigned OPEX

Qualifications

Academic & Professional Background:

• Degree in economic or scientific disciplines
• 4/6 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in specialized areas (necessary), experience in therapeutic areas will be considered a plus
• Experience as a scientific pharmaceutical representative, nice to have
• Postgraduate degree such as an MBA, nice to have

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian
