Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Product Manager for the Hematology area (Leukemias and Lymphomas).

Reporting to the Business Unit Head, the PM will have the following responsibilities:

1. Lead the cross-functional team in defining strategies and implementing brand plan tactics.
2. Define and manage product communication across multiple channels.
3. Develop promotional materials aligned with EMEA strategies.
4. Analyze market trends, patient pathways, and needs, identifying threats, opportunities, and sources of business.
5. Engage with stakeholders and, thanks to a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, define specific engagement methods.
6. Support the BU Head in CVT (Country Value Team) activities.
7. Collaborate with the Field Force, understanding internal needs and offering specific solutions.
8. Ensure compliance with planning and assigned OPEX.

Academic and professional education:

• Degree in economic or scientific disciplines.
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in specialized areas (required); experience in the therapeutic areas of reference will be considered a plus.
• Experience as a scientific pharmaceutical representative (preferable).
• MBA or postgraduate degree (preferable).

Language skills: Fluent in Italian and English.
