We’re looking for a Product Manager who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture.

What does the role involve?

As Product Manager , you’ll be expected to meet and exceed our business targets, and maximize profitable growth in our region.

This means you will be responsible for a Product Line, participate in strategy development for the product line, and manage the product portfolio within the product life cycle, including regular reporting.

You will lead your own team, which involves training, developing, and motivating team members both individually and collectively.

What you need is :

• University degree in Engineering, Technology, Economics, or Marketing (MBA is a plus).
• 3 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Technology.
• Excellent business understanding and high affinity for technical products.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
• Mobility and willingness to travel.
• Driver’s license.
