Job Opportunity: Product Manager - Automation Sector

S&you Italia, located in Pavia, Italy, is seeking a Product Manager for a multinational company in the industrial automation sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing product strategies, collaborating with development and marketing teams, and ensuring products meet customer and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the introduction of new products in alignment with Corporate Marketing and the European Marketing Center, including launch packs, sales plans, stock orders, sales analysis, success stories, and local meetings.
2. Analyze and manage Italian products concerning forecasts, sales trends, pricing, switch-over management, and support for product code management.
3. Support sales through samples, mini panels, market benchmarking, software configuration support, and CAD library management.
4. Organize and consolidate market research data.
5. Manage proofreading and translation of technical documentation for NP Launch-Pack (catalogs, leaflets, NPP, sales notes) and configurators.
6. Conduct training activities for internal sales teams and external stakeholders, and participate in seminars on new products and technologies promoted by the parent company or industry associations.

Requirements include a degree or diploma, experience in related roles within automation/electronics sectors, excellent command of English, proficiency in Office applications and AI tools, and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.

The position offers permanent employment with direct hiring by the company. Location: Milan.
