Job Opportunity: Product Manager - Automation Sector

Location: Milano, Italy

We are seeking a Product Manager for a multinational company in the industrial automation sector. The candidate will be responsible for implementing product strategies, collaborating with development and marketing teams, and ensuring products meet customer and stakeholder needs.

Reporting to the Italy Marketing Manager, the key responsibilities include:

1. Aligning with Corporate Marketing and the European Marketing Center to manage product launches, sales plans, stock orders, sales analysis, success stories, and local meetings.
2. Analyzing and managing Italy-specific products, including forecasts, sales trends, pricing strategies, switch-over management, and support for article data management.
3. Supporting sales through samples, mini panels, benchmarking, software configuration support, and CAD libraries.
4. Organizing and consolidating market research data.
5. Managing proofreading and translation of technical documentation for NP Launch-Pack, catalogs, leaflets, sales notes, and configurators.
6. Conducting training activities for internal sales teams and external stakeholders, and participating in seminars on new products and technologies.

Requirements: Degree or diploma, relevant experience in automation/electronics sectors, excellent command of English, proficiency in Office applications and AI tools, willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
