What's the role?

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture.

What does the role involve?

As Product Manager , you’ll be expected to meet and exceed our business targets, and maximize profitable growth in our region.

This means that you will be responsible for a Product Line, participate in the strategy development of the product line, and manage the product portfolio within the product life cycle, including regular reporting.

You will be leading your own team, which involves training, developing, and motivating them, both individually and as a unit.

What you need is :

• University degree in Engineering, Technology, Economics, or Marketing (MBA is a plus).
• 3 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Technology.
• Excellent business understanding and high affinity for technical products.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
• Mobility and willingness to travel.
• Driver’s license.
