For our Hitachi Air Conditioning division based in Milan, Italy, we are currently looking for a DX Product Specialist who will be responsible for the following activities :

How you will do it

  • Technical skills of DX market with focus on VRF to support sales team
  • Analyze the market (technical analysis, benchmark of competing products, technology watch)
  • Contribute to the product strategy by developing a product offer in collaboration with the Factory Product Managers
  • Coordinate the launch of new products across the board by managing all stakeholders (training, technical, sales forecasts, ADV, communication and logistics)
  • Define the price positioning of your product ranges
  • Produce technical and commercial documents for the DX range (catalogues, product sheets, launch files, calculation engine entry form, sales support tools)
  • Identify relevant USP’s of our products in your market and develop marketing assets to bring these to market
  • Train and support the sales force from a technical and commercial point of view

What we look for

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 Years in the HVAC industry in product support / marketing, possibly in VRF and Direct Expansion, with demonstrated product and market knowledge
  • Good oral and written communication skills, the ability to deal with factories and Head Quarter for product improvement
  • Proven digital skills and Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good presentation skills and strong customer orientation.
