A market leader in global financial services and next-generation multi-channel trading software systems is working with GRS to recruit a Product Manager to join their rapidly expanding Nicosia operation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end product development within your domain, from inception through planning and execution to live launch, post-launch tracking, and ongoing optimizations.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, analysts, and domain experts to create exceptional products.
• Develop a strong understanding of the market, competition, and online trading space to become a customer and market expert.
• Initiate qualitative and quantitative user research to identify user pain points, assess feature success, and validate new ideas, concepts, and hypotheses.
• Collect and analyze diverse inputs to identify opportunities, ensuring the team focuses on the most impactful initiatives.
• Define business requirements and functional specifications.
• Track and monitor KPIs and funnel conversions using analysis and BI tools.
• Streamline product releases across teams and the organization.

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of hands-on Product Management experience.
