We are looking for a Product Manager to join the team working on administration and invoicing tools on the Tot platform. You will lead our team of designers and developers to create products that meet our customers’ needs.

What you will do

• Define the product vision in collaboration with founders, stakeholders, and the engineering team, to develop a roadmap that maximizes value for Tot’s business.
• Translate business needs into actionable tasks for the engineering team.
• Discover innovative solutions by staying on the forefront of industry trends:
• Be adaptive and develop new strategies to solve customer problems.
• Contribute to a fast-growing company and potentially build and lead your own team.

What you need to succeed

We seek ambitious, dedicated individuals passionate about product management and results-oriented. If you possess these qualities, Tot could be your next career move:

• 3-5 years of experience in building new products within an agile environment; experience in invoicing or business SaaS is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and ceremonies.
• Customer obsession: Motivated by understanding and solving customer needs with clever solutions.
• Technical understanding: Not necessarily engineering, but curiosity about how things work.
• Data-driven: Recognize that answers lie in data.
• Strong project coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Graduated from a business or engineering school (or equivalent).
