PRODUCT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a Product Management Specialist reporting to our Product Management Manager.

This role involves supporting production planning and forecasting, managing stock levels, overseeing commercial activities, and coordinating interactions with internal and external customers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Correspondence and drafting of commercial offers
  2. Product analysis
  3. Drafting of product budgets and sales estimates
  4. Development of existing customer relationships
  5. Preparing and maintaining relevant reports related to product management
  6. Collaborating closely with the Operations Department and S&OP to align and optimize product management needs
  7. Reviewing historical sales trends
  8. Analyzing item turnover
  9. Monitoring production lead times in coordination with Production Planning
  10. Conducting cost structure analysis
  11. Performing price analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Chemistry, PCT, Biology/Biotechnology, Pharmacy)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the chemical or pharmaceutical sector
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable commercial solutions
  • Understanding of main economic/financial indicators
  • Languages: Native Italian and proficient English (used daily with international counterparts)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and workload prioritization
  • Learner's attitude, project vision, operational focus, integrity, and adherence to CordenPharma's philosophy
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing and challenging environment

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to understand customer needs, and the capacity to identify issues and manage timelines assertively.
