Your Challenge

As a Product Manager Professional, your main activities will include:

• Coordinating local rollouts of new products.
• Monitoring relevant competitors' products, solutions, and services.
• Potentially acting as technical support internally and externally during the product/system lifecycle, with guidance from your tutor.
• Serving as a Technical Ambassador to Headquarters.

Required Entry Qualifications:

• You are under 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
• You are a recent graduate in Engineering or have a technical background (Diploma or ITS).
• Previous technical or commercial internship experience is a plus.
• Openness to product value selling, including negotiating and closing deals by emphasizing customer value.
• Willingness to learn about digitalization trends and stay updated.
• Knowledge and application of relevant standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Strong team player skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• A passion for continuous growth.
• Respect for individual differences and a collaborative mindset.
• Eligibility to work in Italy.
