The focus of the position is to understand the marketplace, align with CCH Tagetik priorities, and lead the product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning offering, with emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). You will support a successful Go-to-market execution. We operate globally with direct and indirect operations and continue to expand across regions and product capabilities.
You will be based in Italy, UK, or remotely in Europe. Reporting to the VP, Integrated Business Planning, you will help implement segment priorities through various CCH Tagetik functions (Sales, Presales, Partner & Alliances, Marketing, Go-to-market & pricing, Development, Customer Success, Finance) and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer. This is primarily an Outbound Product Management role focused on driving revenue and market positioning.
Required Job Qualifications:
Experience managing the Extended Planning (XP&A) solution for the Office of CFO within CCH Tagetik, focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
At least 10 years of leadership experience in enterprise software companies within the FP&A, Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Extended Planning (XP&A) markets.
At least 5 years of product management experience in enterprise software.
Understanding of enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes within the Office of CFO of large enterprises.
Experience managing multiple complex international FP&A projects.
Experience positioning FP&A & CPM solutions externally (analysts, webinars, conferences) and internally (sales enablement, marketing, pre-sales, GTM).
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: MBA.
Ability to synthesize complex information and develop aligned strategies.
Experience working within a global matrix organization and communicating complex technical concepts effectively.
Experience managing multiple projects and leading teams with varying complexities.
Strong customer orientation and ability to deliver premium service efficiently.
Proficiency in English, with experience in executive presentations.
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Ability to develop and execute a product roadmap for the Office of CFO, leveraging core platform architecture to deliver additional solutions.
Knowledge of market trends, customer profiles, and competitive landscape in the CFO Office domain.
Utilize customer insights for product development and prioritization.
Work with development teams to deliver quality features, support marketing and pre-sales efforts, and develop growth strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to strengthen brand positioning and customer relationships.
