You will lead the Product team dedicated to Claims Italy, collaborating with Engineering and the business to translate ambitious visions into scalable products and processes, shaping how technology and AI can enhance claims management as Prima grows.

You'll be a trusted partner to Italy's Claims leadership, enabiling strong collaboration between Product, Engineering and the business to shape ambitious visions and turn them into scalable, effective products and processes. You'll lead the Product team dedicated to Claims Italy and play a key role in defining how technology and AI can help us improve claims management as Prima continues to grow.
