For a leading Bank/Insurance Group, I'm looking for a Product Lead Protection.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Vision: Define the product vision and strategy to align with company goals and customer needs.
2. Product Development: Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely stakeholder feedback.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Chapter Leads in other Tribes as well as with other departments (TECH, Communication & Brand, Operations) to ensure cohesive product development.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance product success.

Competencies:

1. Degree preferably in economics.
2. Minimum of 7 years of work experience.
3. Experience in retail protection insurance services and products, both non-life and life (Lifestyle Protection policies, pure risk, without financial component).
4. Concrete ability to achieve results, working in a cross-functional environment.
5. Ability to manage complex projects.
6. Knowledge of Office tools.
7. Analytical skills and experience in monitoring performance.
8. Fluent English.
